DHL Liberia Excepts to Staff Misconduct

The management of DHL Liberia, Ltd. says it regrets the unfortunate incident that took place at its head offices between a staff of the Ministry of Justice and its customer service staff during the processing of the Ministry of Justice’s shipment from Monrovia to Abuja, Nigeria.

Against this backdrop, the management of DHL Liberia, Ltd. apologizes for the unbecoming conduct of its staff against the representative of the Ministry of Justice, which brought the DHL Liberia, Ltd. into the public glare as such incident is not condoned by the management and promises that said the act will not be repeated.

According to a Press statement issued in Monrovia Wednesday the company said it has put in place the necessary administrative steps to avoid a reoccurrence of such behavior towards its customer(s).

Already, the parcel in question has been dispatched and received at its intended destination as of September 11, 2018, the company said, denouncing the misconduct of its employee.
