Abi Jaoudi Opens US$2million Supermarket


The Government of Liberia and Abi Jaoudi Group of Companies have opened the branch #1 of the companies’ Supermarket with an estimated US$2million value.
Moses Kollie, Minister of Labor cutting the ribbon to the opening of the supermarket over the weekend on 16th Street, Sinkor said the huge investment will boost the country’s economy.
He encouraged other investors in the country to carry on similar investment in line with the Government pro-poor agenda.
He told the Abi Jaoudi management to fully implement those things that will require ”a very good relationship between employer and employees.”
Jason B. Winnie General Manager, Abi Jaoudi group of companies said there are over 50 Liberians employed and plans are on the way to decentralize Abi Jaoudi to other counties.
”We have dropped our prices to encourage and help people because we know the financial constraint,” he said.
