Weah’s Citizen Push Could Bring Terrorists Here

International terrorist and jihadist groups have more than ever before increased their presence and cells in West Africa, according to a detailed ongoing research and analysis to be released soon. Apart from Al Qaeda and ISIS as well as al Qaeda and ISIS offshoot, Boko Haram, which is causing havoc in Nigeria and neighboring states, some principal financiers and Middle Eastern businesses which support such groups are now well grounded in several West African states including Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Ghana.

According to intelligence sources, many of these financiers are not legitimate business people but rather fundraisers for these known terror organizations such as Hezbollah. Besides, international security experts and sources have also revealed that they all have the same intent: creating Islamic states around the world, especially in the Middle East and Africa.

Another international security source maintains that Liberia and Sierra Leone are more vulnerable to becoming Islamic states should the inflow of terrorist businesses gain a foothold and restructure the political and security dynamics in these two weak nations.
The U.S. government has meanwhile released an unclassified information disclosing the names of individuals and businesses in West Africa that are involved with terror organizations, according to the Treasury Department’s statement below:

The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the names of 6 individuals and 7 entities that have been placed on OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List based on OFAC’s determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. According to All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons and these entities are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
In Liberia, DOLPHIN TRADING COMPANY LIMITED located on Bob Taylor Road, Paynesville, Monrovia; the GOLDEN FISH LIBERIA LTD on 2nd Street Sinkor, in Logan Town, Montserrado County, Monrovia, Liberia; and the SKY TRADE COMPANY in Logan Town, Opposite Rice Store, Monrovia, Liberia are alleged terrorists supports groups.

In Ghana, STAR TRADE GHANA LIMITED located Enyado HSE, Tema Harbour, (0537N 00001W), Tema, Ghana is also considered as tied to a terrorist support.

In Sierra Leone, KANSO FISHING AGENCY LIMITED located in Kissy Dockyard, Freetown, Sierra Leone and the BLUE LAGOON GROUP LTD. (f.k.a. BLUE LAGOON ALI KANSO GROUP (S.L.) LIMITED; a.k.a. BLUE LAGOON ALI KANSO GROUP LTD.; a.k.a. BLUE LAGOON GROUP) located at 65 Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone is accused of having ties to terrorist groups.
There are also several purported foreign Middle Eastern business people who are supporters of various terror groups while they hide under the cover of business in a number of West African nations.

International security and intelligence sources also indicate that many of these foreign individuals are pushing for citizenship in some Sub-Sahara African countries. This revelation, however, is especially relevant for countries in Africa that seek to grant citizenship to Middle Easterners, especially Lebanese. Moreover, Middle Eastern nations do not grant citizenship to other nationals, especially Africans, according to one African professor based in the United States who preferred to remain anonymous.
He said, “Lebanon, in particular, treats African and all blacks terribly. Their society has no place for Africans to excel. They generally regard and treat black as slaves.”
